DEATH CERTIFICATES
An application for death certificate can be made by next of kin of South African citizens or foreigners whose death was registered in South Africa.
REQUIREMENTS
Completed death certificate application form;
Processing fee of £5 and it must be in the form of postal order payable to SA High Commission. We do not accept cheques nor do we have credit card facilities
Self addressed special delivery envelope for the return of your certificate, please note that no certificates will be posted from this office unless an envelope is provided.
