APPOINTMENTS
PLEASE NOTE
Kindly be advised that the visa appointment line has been closed except for Permanent Residence applications. Applicants can report to the office on “walk in” as from Monday 17/05/2010 between 9-11 am only. No one will be attended to after 11am.
Applicants for permanent residency must sent their request for appointment to:Tibak@dirco.gov.za. Visiting hours are between 9-11 am from Monday to Friday except public Holidays. No one will be attended to after 11am.
OPENING & CLOSING OF OFFICE
The office dealing with South African passport holders will be opened from 08:45 AM to 12:45 PM Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
The office dealing with Foreign passport holders will be opened from 09:00 AM to 11:00 AM Monday to Friday except on public holidays.
In cases of extreme emergency, applicants concerned
should send their emergency requests to: tibak@foreign.gov.za .
Ensure that you include doctors’ letter
or death certificate - Issued by the Department of Home Affairs,
in cases of deaths in South Africa and your telephone number so
that you can be contacted immediately.
